Pumpkin Sheet Cake

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

2 cups pumpkin

1 cup oil

4 eggs

2 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

Mix together. Pour into sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting

3 oz. cream cheese

5 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 ¾ cup powdered sugar

3-4 tsp milk

Mix together.

Spread on cooled cake.
