Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Box yellow cake mix
  2. 1 Box instant butterscotch pudding
  3. 1 Cup canned of cooked pumpkin
  4. 4 Eggs
  5. 1/4 Cup oil
  6. 1/4 Cup water
  7. 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  9. 1 tsp vanilla

Beat all ingredients for 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out. May drizzle glaze made of 1 Cup powdered sugar and 2 tsp. water or milk over top of cake, if desired.
