Roba Family Farms employs many people during the fall season. We offer exciting Part Time and Full Time employment in a fun, family environment. We feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful crew of friendly, happy individuals and families who come together as a team to make Roba Family Farms possible. Working at Roba Family Farms can be a fun and rewarding experience, and we encourage everyone including students, stay-at-home moms, dads, teachers, retirees and grandparents, to apply. Click here to access the employment application. Download it, print it, fill it out and bring it to the farm with you. Call Roba Family Farms at (570) 563-2904 to set up an interview with Sue Roba or Liz Marsili. You should come prepared with your driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate if you don’t have a driver’s license, and the hours you are available during the fall season. You must be at least 14 years of age to work at Roba Family Farms. Students from the age of 14 to 18 will need working papers from school.

Types of Jobs Available

No experience? Don’t worry. Roba Family Farms provides on-the-job training for all positions:

Cashiers, Food Services, Tractor Drivers (must be 18 years old), Wagon Loaders & Unloaders, Parking Attendants, Cornfield Maze, School Tour Leaders, Field Workers, Actors, and Farm Helpers.
