Roba Family Farms offers exciting seasonal employment in a fun, family environment. We encourage everyone, including students, stay at home moms and dads, teachers, retirees and grandparents, to apply.  We are always looking for reliable employees for weekdays and weekends in the fall season.

After review of your application one of our farm managers will contact you with the next interview date.  You must be at least 14 years of age to work at Roba Family Farms. Students from the age of 14 to 18 will need working papers from school.  All applicants will need two valid forms of identification prior to working.

Positions Available

No experience? Don’t worry. Roba Family Farms provides on-the-job training for all positions:

• Actors and Entertainers
• Food Services
• Cashiers
• Tractor Drivers (must be 18 years old)
• Corn Maze
• Activity Attendants

Friendly, courteous, and respectful customer service is our number one priority for any of these positions. We are looking for people who can work at least 10 hours per week, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being our busiest days.
