Photo Contest Rules

By entering the Roba Family Farms Photo Contest, you agree to the following rules:

1. The contest is open to amateur photographers only. Photographers must be at least 18 yrs of age or have written permission of parent or guardian to enter contest.
2. Photos must be taken at Roba Family Farms during the 2008 Fall and Christmas Seasons.
3. A panel of judges will select the top ten photos based on relevance to Roba Family Farms, creativity, and quality of the photos. Fall season winners will be announced by November 30, 2008 and Christmas season winners will be announced by January 31, 2009.
4. Roba Family Farms will display the top 10 winners on their website following the 2008 Fall Season.
5. Pictures depicting harm or destruction of property will not be considered.
6. No more than three (3) entries per person.
7. Submission of an entry indicates agreement with this policy on the part of the photographer and any persons featured in the photo. It is the photographer’s responsibility to receive permission of any persons prior to submitting the photo.
8. All photo entries become property of Roba Family Farms and may be used in other media.
