Reservations & Cancellations
Reservation Policy:
- Campfire sites and party tent campfire sites must be reserved and paid for with a major credit card in advance. Upon payment, we will give you a confirmation number, campfire site number and campfire site map with your location highlighted. It is your responsibility to notify your guests of your campfire site location.
- Tickets for admission may be purchased and picked-up a minimum of one week prior to your event. It is not recommended to pick up pre-purchased tickets between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on weekdays due to school tour crowds. Paid admission is required for everyone attending the campfire/party tent sites. It will be your responsibility to distribute your tickets to your guests prior to your arrival at the farm.
Campfire Cancellation Policy:
- Campfire site or party tent must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to get your payment refunded.
- There will be no refunds on pre-purchased tickets; they may be used at a later date. There is no expiration date on these tickets.
- If Roba Family Farms is closed due to inclement weather on the day of your scheduled visit, an alternate date may be arranged. Please have a back-up plan.
