Ronald McDonald and Friends
Roba Family Farms and the Ronald McDonald House of Scranton are proud to announce this years partnership to benefit “The House that Love Built”. Come meet Ronald and his friends and be mesmerized at Ronald’s Magic Show. Have fun in this years maze; we’ve carved Ronald McDonald and his house in our corn. Roba Family Farms will contribute a portion of our general admission fee to the Ronald McDonald House of Scranton.

Scouts Day at Roba Family Farms
Roba Family Farms is hosting a special Boy Scout and Girl Scout Day. Plan now for your group to visit the farm for a memorable and fun-filled adventure. Please pre-register your troops and units for the merit badges and purchase your admission tickets at least one week in advance.

Doggie Days
Dogs dancing??? Yes, and other events featuring our furry friends. A fun filled day on the farm includes local dog handlers, as well as a demonstration on pet first aid and kids and pets safety.

Pink Ribbon Pumpkin Day
Think Pink! Pink Ribbons, that is. Roba Family Farms and Susan G. Komen for the Cure are teaming up for the day. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and the farm is contributing a portion of today’s general admission fee to the NEPA affiliate. A select group of custom painted pumpkins will be available for purchase to benefit the local chapter. Other pink ribbon events include Pink Ribbon Scavenger Hunt, Pink Ribbon Pig Races, Christopher the Magician and much much more. Enjoy a day of fall fun at the farm. Show your support …WEAR PINK.

4-H Twilight Night
Twilight Night will be spectacular! Bring your flashlight and explore the corn maze. Our theme this year is Discover Ronald McDonald House. Reserve a campfire site to roast marshmallows and tell scary stories with your friends. Enjoy a fun-filled Friday evening … down on the farm. Special admission prices for pre-registered 4-H members. Contact your 4-H leader for additional information.

Kid’s Safety Festival
Who knew safety could be so much fun? Here at Roba Family Farms we are all about family fun, and we want kids to be safe all day, every day. There are many events today to learn all about kid’s safety. McGruff the Crime Dog and Smokey Bear* will be on hand midday to greet our guests. The Girl Scouts of NEPA will entertain you with the Kid’s on the Block Puppeteers (you might even have an opportunity to practice with the puppets). The Dalton Fire Company will exhibit some exciting equipment and you will get to see a real fireman in his full fire-fighting gear. Thanks to the The Lodges of the 15th Masonic District, all kids can go home with a copy of their fingerprints. The masons will be conducting their CHIP’s “Purple Packet” program. All of this AND a full day of farm fun. *Smokey Bear will be visiting Saturday only.

Ronald McDonald Trick or Treat Parade
Come enjoy our final fall weekend at the farm. Wear your Halloween costume and march in the parade. Ronald McDonald and Roba Family Farms happy witch will lead the trick or treaters around the farm. All parade marchers will get special treats. The parade will start at 1pm and everyone will meet at the Sundown Marshmallow Roast Corral.
